PS Vita

You might of heard of the PSP (Play Station Portable) From Sony, well they have updated it with the PS Vita. It is a major update, it has 2 cameras one on the front one on the back it also has a touchscreen. The touchscreen is probably not the best but if you love gaming and you don't really care about the quality of the touchscreen then it is not a bad game console to get it is probably not worth upgrading if you have a PSP but if you don't have one you might aswell get the PS Vita. if you are still confused try going to Sony's website and look for consoles select the PS Vita and you should get all the information you could want!
